In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pp888" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to pp888, the operator of the online casino and sportsbook accessible at pp888.lol and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a pp888 account or is in the process of doing so.
• "Account" means the individual member account opened by a Player upon completing the pp888 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total IDR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any unconverted bonus funds separately earmarked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Member's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Real-Money Funds" means IDR deposits made by the Member that are immediately withdrawable (subject to verification requirements) and not contingent on wagering.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process through which pp888 confirms a Member's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency of the pp888 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) that must be wagered before Bonus Funds can be converted to Real-Money Funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

Access to pp888 is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one pp888 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp888 Login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify pp888 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• pp888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• pp888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

pp888 operates a risk-based KYC program consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time pp888 deems it necessary for compliance or player protection purposes.

When requested, Members must provide clear, legible copies of the following documentation within the timeframe specified in the KYC request notification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence). The document must be current and must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

pp888 is committed to processing withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. For fully verified accounts, the target processing window is 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where practicable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no upper limit per withdrawal for verified accounts, subject to daily processing limits that pp888 may apply at its discretion.
• Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts (pending KYC completion) will be held until verification is complete. pp888 is not liable for any delay resulting from a Member's failure to complete KYC promptly.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only Real-Money Funds and fully converted bonus balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• pp888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow an unusual pattern of play, or that are associated with accounts flagged for compliance review.
• In the event that a withdrawal is returned by the receiving bank or e-wallet (for example, due to a closed account), the funds will be credited back to the Member's pp888 Account and the Member must provide an alternative withdrawal destination.

pp888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, Independence Day, and others). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are awarded solely at pp888's discretion. A Member's eligibility for any specific bonus may be assessed on the basis of deposit history, wagering activity, KYC status, and geographic location.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements as detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%; sportsbook wagers require minimum odds of 1.50 per selection to qualify.

In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule prevails for matters directly related to game mechanics, and these Terms prevail for all matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

• pp888 is not responsible for any interruption to gameplay caused by the Member's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. Wagers already accepted by the platform prior to a connection interruption are binding.
• In the event of a game malfunction, glitch, or software error that produces an obviously incorrect game outcome or an impossible payout (for example, a jackpot result occurring on a game mid-processing-error), pp888 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account.
• Sportsbook bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules displayed in the pp888 Sportsbook section, including rules on void bets, postponed events, abandoned matches, and settlement timeframes.
• pp888 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any single bet or game session. These limits, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game or market.
• Any wager placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorised, or otherwise improper means will be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Registering more than one pp888 Account, whether under your own identity or under a false or borrowed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pp888 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, including any game malfunction, incorrect RTP calculation, or jackpot system error originating within a third-party game engine.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pp888's aggregate liability to any Member for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total Real-Money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pp888 holds its operating licence for online gaming. pp888 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.
